Partnership is the way forward
Every gift matters. There is a place for every skill and every willing hand.
We cannot accomplish this vision alone. The Body of Christ was never designed to operate as isolated individuals or organisations.
Ephesians 4:16 gives us a beautiful picture of a Body in which every part does its work, grows together and builds itself up in love. That is the model we embrace: unity, partnership and shared responsibility.
We invite churches, ministries, theological institutions, Christian organisations, businesses, technology professionals, educators, missionaries and individuals to join us.
What we need
Gifts that help us equip and empower
Whatever you can give that helps in any way is welcome. Here are some of the things we need:
Computers and laptops
For pastors and leaders, and for our digital skills training.
Printers
To produce training and study materials.
Furniture
Desks, chairs and tables for training spaces.
Musical instruments
For music training and worship in our youth work.
Workshop equipment
Tools and equipment for welding, carpentry and upholstery training.
Volunteers
Trainers, mentors and helpers with time and skills to share.
A training centre
A building that can serve as a home for our training.
A vehicle
Transport to reach leaders and young people in their communities.

Volunteer as a trainer
Teach, or help develop courses in, theology and digital skills, in person or online.
Sponsor internet data
Connectivity lets a leader join networks, courses and partnerships.
Mentor a young person
Share your skills in technology, business, music or the trades.

Introduce us to churches, ministries and institutions who share this vision.
Share in online gatherings
Help host or speak at virtual workshops, conferences and prayer meetings for pastors.
Pray with us
Pray for leaders, young people and the doors God will open.
For churches, ministries and institutions
Open to partnership and collaboration
We believe the task of equipping the Church is too important for any one ministry to carry alone. Missionaries out of Africa is open to partnerships and collaboration with churches, ministries, Bible colleges, seminaries and Christian organisations that share this burden. Partnership might look like:
Sharing training resources
Making sound teaching and learning materials available to leaders who need them.
Co-hosting gatherings
Seminars, conferences and online workshops that bring leaders together.
Referring leaders
Introducing pastors and leaders who need training, equipment or connection.
Exchanging knowledge and skills
Learning from one another and serving together, as parts of one Body.
Your knowledge, skills, time, prayers, equipment, financial resources and relationships can all become part of something bigger than themselves.
Help us equip, empower and send
There are pastors who need training.
There are Christian leaders who need resources.
There are young people who need someone to believe in them.
And there is a generation of African believers ready to carry the Gospel beyond their borders.
This is our dream. This is our calling. This is Missionaries out of Africa.
